Before class

Pre-book, arrive early, settle in.

Book in advance online or through the Yogalife App. Arrive 5–10 minutes before class so you can check in, set up your mat, and avoid the door-lock scramble. Tiny thing. Big difference.

Bring simple gear

A yoga mat, water bottle, and towel are enough. Wear clothing you can move in comfortably. Classes are typically practised barefoot.
