Beginner picks

Foundations, Hatha Flow, Healthy Hips & Back.

These classes are excellent starting points because they build breath, alignment, mobility, and confidence without requiring you to know the room already.

Arrive early

Please be inside the studio 5–10 minutes before class starts so you can check in, set up your mat, and settle in.

Bring simple gear

A yoga mat, water bottle, and towel are enough. Wear clothing you can move in comfortably. Classes are typically practised barefoot.

Book ahead

Pre-book online or through the Yogalife App to guarantee your spot. Some classes lock the doors at start time.
